no xmltv.dtd file

I recently installed MP and everything is working great. I tried to get the EPG up and running, but it can't because I don't seem to have an xmltv.dtd file in my xmltv folder. How do I get one for the country that I am in, Germany? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
